Steel Bollards - Dawn Enterprises, LLC provides customers with steel bollard posts of all sizes. All Dawn steel bollards are 100% pre-consumer recycled and approximately 55% post-consumer recycled. As nearly every steel bollard request we receive is different, it is hard to establish a "standard" in the same way we can with our concrete bollards. Because of this, options for our steel bollards are endless. If you provide us with the specifications, we can fabricate a bollard to match.

Some of the options available are as follows:

  • Color/Finish - Bare, Primed, Painted, Powder Coated, Galvanized, or Stainless
  • Eyebolts - Available upon request
  • Wall Thickness - We offer Schedule 10 through Double Extra Heavy
  • Diameter - Our pipe diameter ranges from 2in to 36in.
  • Length - Pipe is cut to the size requested
  • Installation - Mounting plate, fixed, or removable
  • Cap - Flat, dome, j-hook, or decorative

Embedded Fixed Steel Security Pipe Bollard

Description: Available in diameters from 2" - 36" (change top portion as well), wall thickness available in standard schedules (10, 40, 80, 160, XH - Extra Heavy, XXH - Extra Extra Heavy) Bollards offered in lengths varying from 1' - 42' and may be custom cut to any length in between. All bollards can be factory pre-filled with concrete before shipping. Standard finishes available are Bare, Primed, Painted, Powder Coated, Hot Dip Galvanized, or Stainless (Brush and Mill Finish).

Custom and Fabricated Options Available:
- Welded Dome Cap
- Welded Flat Cap
- J Hook Dome Cap (applied during concrete backfill)
- J Hook Flat Cap (applied during concrete backfill)

Surface Mounted Steel Security Pipe Bollard

Description: Available in diameters from 2" - 12", wall thickness available in standard schedules (10, 40, 80, 160, XH - Extra Heavy, XXH - Extra Extra Heavy) Bollards offered in lengths varying from 1' - 12' and may be custom cut to any length in between. Baseplates range from 6" square/diameter through 20" square/diameter and can be made 1/8" - 2" thick. All bollards can be factory pre-filled with concrete before shipping. Standard finishes available are Bare, Primed, Painted, Powder Coated, Hot Dip Galvanized, or Stainless (Brush and Mill Finish).
